The submitted article must not have been published in any other domestic or foreign publications. Also, after accepting the article, the author of the article is not allowed to publish it in other publications.
The full responsibility for the correctness and accuracy of the text of direct and indirect quotations, the address of the sources of quotations and the bibliographic characteristics of the sources in the bibliography section is only with the author responsible for the article.
The responsible author of the article is obliged to complete all corrections that are asked of him in the process of judging or editing the article. Otherwise, that article will be removed from the judging stage or editing and publication.
