Abstract
Based on the principled policy stated in Chapter 10 of its Constitution, the Islamic Republic of Iran has committed itself to supporting the just struggle of the oppressed against the arrogant in every part of the world, and at the same time, in accordance with the principles stated in this chapter, it has been obliged to defend the rights of all Muslims; therefore, by carrying out a series of political, cultural, and military measures such as the establishment of the Quds Force, the activation of cultural advisors throughout the world, the creation of Islamic Unity Week, the ceremony of absolution from polytheists held every year during the Hajj ceremony, helping to establish military political parties or strengthening existing ones such as Hezbollah of Lebanon, Hamas, the Popular Mobilization Forces, Ansar Allah of Yemen, etc., it has acted in this direction. On this basis, and relying on Article 110 of the Constitution and the effective position of the revolutionary leadership in major national actions, this research, while explaining their thought in supporting the axis of resistance, examines the ijtihad principles of Article 152 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Therefore, using an analytical-descriptive method based on library documents, the current of the resistance axis was first analyzed, then by presenting an analysis of His Highness's thought in support of the above axis, its Quranic foundations and authenticity were analyzed. Then, relying on the obtained data, it was proven that, first, religious differences do not play a role in supporting the resistance movement, and second, the government of the Islamic Republic, considering the ijtihad principles of the Supreme Leader's thought and in accordance with Article 152 of the Constitution, is legally and religiously obligated to maintain a peaceful approach along with defending the rights of all Muslims and supporting this movement.
